Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

During this cv-19 their are shortage of projects but still company in managing to give as much support as they can to their staff. Providing them with proper transportation safety,less travelling make things digital, adoption of precaution measure and awareness between their members.

Dislikes

They some time delay the payment about 1 week sometimes
