The Work pressure is good,I have to work here at least 12-14 hours.Salary package is not as per Fmcg industry.Good employee are changing his job due to low salary.

Management & HR Head is culprits. They don't give salaries to their employees and unnecessary they deduct their salaries without any reason & ask them to resign. plz don't join such a organization to spoil your career

The company is open for all to adopts new thing. As a employee I have learned lots of things here, its a very good place to work that everybody can apply his thoughts independently the BOSS es are too supportive for their juniors, I am handling the customers directly and its a very good thing to achieve for myself for growing confidence.

The growth is very slow, high work pressure as sometime i have to work 12-14 hours as it is not any issue because i am in Logistics dept and , mainly time takes to recon with the reputed customers as material accounting process to be done on a regular basis.

Akshay Anand! One of the worst HR and a Kid in the industry in a white collared Job, but dirty at HR practices. He will send email shortlisting our profile... Later will mark as not shortlisted if we don't accept to pay some refundable amount. It is very true that the company culture is too bad and has no job security. No on time salary and or given partially... even that is not on time. Beware of such fraudster.

i have long waiting the promotion but Management has no .... So have I decide the leave the job. But a few day HR told me management has transfer to u at Chennai.
