Only job security. If someone looking for a stable and secure job in private sector and he/she is ready to face the exploitation in terms of work and salary, then he/she can go with this company.

...n the company they do not encourage use of modern technologies and practices. 2. Senior employees also exploited new joinees in their salary growth and increments. 3. No appraisal based on performance. Performance doesn't matter to any one. 4. Strict timings. If you miss even 1 min or second, this directly effected your leaves count. 5. Lalita Sidhwani (secretary to Pawal Bhalla, the CEO), is the worst employee in the whole organization. She discrimates the employees on the lower positions. Always look them with discriminating sights and make fun of them in front of everyone. THE MAIN POLICY IS TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ON LOWER WAGE, AND EXPLOIT THEM SO AFTER AN YEAR OR SO THEY WILL LEAVE AND AGAIN A NEW EMPLOYEE ON THE SAME LOWER WAGE.
