...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I never satisfied in that company,they will give give increment for stock keeper maximum 100 dhms.

...r 12 hours and while auditing time we need to work Fridays also nearly 2 months.nothing will be provided (salary,OT)on Fridays working time.

...t one and half year. I am fully satisfied with the work culture of this company. Salary and other benefits come on time. It's a UAE based MNC having world class facilities for the employees.

Timings: in time morning 9 am Out time evening after 6 pm Monday to Saturday working day's Worst managers and management No work life balance, we can work like donkey s, not humans. Less salary.. managers,

...led and can be asked to stay till night. Always had to stay more than 9-10 hrs. Compensation is very less compared to work. Higher Officials likes people pleasers, treat as bonded labours not asked to sit in 1-2 hours conversation inside cabin. No future as people have been working from 9-10 years with meagre 20-25k salaries.
