Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. All degrees value same ...... But ITI , Diploma and b.tech are not a same degree ... But this industry gave same value to all degrees.... This is not satisfaction for a graduate engineer
