Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

i love that company, and proud to be a pillar of that company not part of the company. wonder friendly moving management. Safety for women's to work. Feels like IT company and a big boss home. no work pressure. fully satisfied. opportunity to develop accounting knowledge. Engineers, auditor, Accountants, Customer relationship marketing manager all works available.

Salary is low for freshers.
