The company lacks: - Business ethics and values - Respect for employees' well-being and dignity - Professional management practice - Exploitation and overwork - Use of unprofessional language by senior management - Poor workplace conditions - Unrealistic expectations and unachievable targets - Lack of basic amenities, including refreshments The management: - Fails to prioritize employee satisfaction and growth - Displays egoistic behavior - Demonstrates poor communication skills I would caution potential employees and clients to carefully evaluate rajlakshmi bulk logistics Pvt ltd practices and values before associating with them. *Would I recommend this company?* No,Never
