Premier Institute in cancer care that serves patients at affordable cost. Work environment is good & respectful and demands high level of efficiency. Management is cooperative and encouraging. Company policies are agreeably good with fair appraisal policies

Dislikes

There is a sense of lesser pay and higher amount of work since the institute caters to high volume of patient seeking cancer treatment. Work hours are not fixed and tend to be longer than usual, which leaves you less time for family.

Working hours are fixed and you don't have to do extra hours on a regular basis as in the many other companies. This helps in maintaining work-life balance as you already know how much time will be spent on job. Professionalism, you will feel it. Comparitively much less politics. Good working environment. Clean and hygienic premises. Employee-Employer relationship is good.

Dislikes

Salary is..well, not satisfactory. And growth is tooo slow.
