I do not work here. This is an interview review that documents the unprofessional hiring process that I experienced- Rude and condescending behaviour on part of the acting recruiter Chitra/Padmavati Balla

Disclaimer: This review talks about the interview experience and hiring process. Mrs Padmavati/Chitra Balla here has no professionalism. She called me for an interview early in the morning and when I reached the premises, the watchman told me that the school is closed due to the heavy Mumbai rains. When I texted Chitra, instead of apologising for not informing me about the same, she went on to say that I should have asked her before leaving. I without complaining asked her to inform me the next date for the interview and the next day, early in the morning she messaged me to arrive at the premises for an interview at a rather short notice. Given my proximity to the school location I could make it but I shudder to think about someone who lived far off and had to put up with such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for a person’s time and resources. I can only imagine if she behaves so condescendingly with her fellows in the professional space, then how she must be treating children who she has full authority over. This is ironically supposed to be professional teacher who preaches discipline every single day as a part of her job. Such behaviour has reflected very poorly on Rajhans’ hiring process. My interview was taken by Vidisha, who turned out to be extremely professional, level headed and clear in communication.

Allow the staff to take their casual leaves with out sulking . Most private schools doesn't allow to completely exhaust the casual leave of the teachers.

Dislikes

No scope for professional growth. Promotions are purely on seniority basis. No value for merit. Every one gets paid the same.
