A pathatic college. It recruits woemn employees at very low salary and then sexually abuse them. The women who enjoy the culture live like queen and others leave the jobs. No professionalism. Recently had removed A senior Professor and had manhandled a women employee from other two female employees of the college. FIR registered. A criminal College.

Dislikes

... teh college because of the work environment. They treat faculties like servant. Salary given is less than a labour. Fake documents, fake people, fake organisation. Don't get trapped there.

From starting I was just frustrated over the management system of this college. There is no job security and salary commitment. They had not provide proper salary what would they said to me. Overall my experience is the most bitter experience.

It is the worst polytechnic college in west bengal .chairman sexually abuse the teachers ... If someone refuses she will be sacked without any notice period and reason.... Chairman is also sexually harassing women students

I don't like this college personally.Don't recommend anyone..It's better to go to the hell.But Rajendranath polytechnic college is worst than hell.

Chairman and NK Nayar is the most worst person.They tolerate and insists for admission to the other staff.
