Its a contractual company , a complete fraud. They are only doing the labour work for Vedanta and are only availible in pot room labour works.

Dislikes

Its a complete fraud. If you are doing a supervisor work there then your life is a complete hell. If you have a bad labour and if he does any mistake intentionally then the entire blame will be completely given to you. Work environment is terrible you have to do multiple jobs at the same time. Its a mentally draining experince . Their employees doesnt have any manners or professionalism. They will mentally harras you till you left the company. They will make you suffer. So if you want to kill yourself slowly both mentally and physically then join RMPL.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
