As a state government employee it gives a feeling of respect and job security. The work culture is well defined and management is transparent. I have learnt a lot in the organisation.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Very good culture and team work in rsrtc and very good service provides by all of employees of rsrtc. I like rsrtcs service

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like decision making policy at the depot level .we can learn a lot of things of management like motivation to junior ,working in a conditions to give optimum output in low available resources ,how to manage a automobile work shop

Career growth in company is very slowly
