RAL life was a great platform of learning for different technique. RAL life very supported in COVID19 like 30 to 40 % employee was come and make to distance. They are provided convenience each and every shift.

Employees are not getting what they were promised during the time of recruitment. Back Politics and you will never come to know when you will be kicked off without any fault.

Very bad working culture, hr recruit and forget them last 2-3 year total polticus by QA GM lipika and QC head - RK Jha they save only self job to highlight the other person to MD, last seven months in microbiology manager Jitendra Singh is double minded , fruisted self and team about this reason in single dept 12 person left job last 4 month.
