Salary not on time No chance for salary increments No HR They give overtime but deduct a lot. Keep changing rules of calculation overtime. Non-adherence of SOP's. Management pressurise for sale, but not willing to give proper supply required to run the operations. Deficiency lies in the management but blaming the operations for less sales. No Job Security. No benefits for staff. No leave policies. Salary never comes on time. It's been delayed almost 20-25 days. Over a month for few staff. Staff food is something which can get you diarrhoea. Not proper menu for staff also. Afternoon lunch food comes around 3 p.m. and sometimes by 5 pm in evening. Same food to be eaten in dinner also. Mostly only Dal & Rice. Very rarely they will provide Vegetables. No proper places to seat while having meal. It's the junkyard where staff eat their food. Where there are Rats and Pigeons. No proper training given to staff and New Joinee. No training manager or HR department.
