Decent salary package with good working environment. The training and development team provides training frequently & company also encourages employees to participate in CSR activities. Additionally the company also encourages more women employees to sustain with safety as the key objective.

Dislikes

Appreciation mails from customers,clients mostly get unnoticed and not considered during appraisals. Team mates can be utilised well for their unique skills

Teammates are good training also good but job security is less for off roll employees working atmosphere is superb Worklife balance is ok

Job security is less for off roll employees there are treated differently in terms of increment there is no bonus or other facilities for them

I like the Infrastructure and and friendly team

Sometimes you have to work a lot hours to finish the task and the salary is low because I'm working under agency I think... And the travel takes 2 hours for me to go home so totally 4 hours gone in a day that sucks a lot

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

Dislikes

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years
