The students are mostly hard working and receptive.

...xperience is completed, AP SG post is given only if we ask for during interview. The pay is good but only consolidated pay. The work load apart from teaching is very high.

Likes

Working environment is peaceful and free to control students. I gained more skills after joining here, which helped me to develop 10 virtual experiments (VLAB) under PALS COLLABORATION.

Dislikes

Pay elevation is not given for me since 2022 even after getting promoted to SG grade. This is the one and only thing I don't like. After asking for the revision I am informed that sufficient recommendation is not there for me.

It's a very good college to work in. Especially with core departments, H&S department in the college is little difficult to manage coz of the HOD MR. Muthuswamy but otherwise it's a good college to work.

Stirct rules of the H&S HOD.
