Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. ...as to all the work. Sunday and public holiday working. Very difficult to work. No growth salary low. No role for dietitian. Doc are not interested in diet. Since dietitian are required as per rule we go and give diet sheet. Pathetic conditions. Cheif dietitian doesn't have any interest in improvement. Just come simple sit and go

My first hospital after interning at alappuzha medical college. The work atmosphere was very welcoming and our seniors were extremely helpful on all counts. The nursing and the operations staff were also quite friendly.
