Excellent learning opportunity and fair compensation.

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist. A project lead literally once said that he hates the word. Usually longer working hours with no flexibility. Depends on team leads and managers though, and location. Pune location has hybrid system hence better place. Fun activities are once or twice a year on weekends.

Likes

1. Good Office - Clean and Maintain 2. Lunch for their employees 3. Good salary

Dislikes

1. Team communication was poor 2. No excellent support from the team whenever required 3. No good training provided, so gets stuck in big projects. 4. Long working time when WFH

Company try to manage salary as per MNCs, but they ruin your career by assigning you on support job for big tech clients.

Dislikes

People here do support for big tech clients, there is no learning here. People here remain in dilemma that they are working on google and microsoft projects but they are just doing support kind of work, there is no involvement in designing process. People who works here doesn’t get job outside as they are not aware of latest technology.

Likes

The company culture or the seniors here are the best. They treat you in a very good way also if you do exceptionally well the company rewards you.

Dislikes

There is just no work life balance you start working in morning at 10 - 11 and leave the company at 10 - 11 its almost a 12 hr job with very little to learn as you don't get to work on core features. if you are fresher and want to learn different technologies This is not the right company for you.

Likes

Good service based company for freshers Appraisals were good in 2022 as it was tech boom(i guess) but its not the case in 2023.

Dislikes

Poor life balance. Very low job Security. Office politics. Even though company/CEO claim company have flat hierarchy and transparency the same is not at all practiced by Leads and Managers.
