During work at Raja Hyundai I feel many things. That you cannot get good salary according to your hard work. Seniors never appreciate your performance.they hire new employee on same position with double salary but they never increase salary of old employees I think this is the main cause to prevent there performance.secondly whenever they find any new employee with good salary and experience then they do not think to ousted old employee without any notice.
