No any facilities for staff or worker,and company will not pay any types of PL/SL/CL/Bonusand PF deduction 24% and cunteen lunch and dinner price too high comparision to other plants in silvassa,transportation for staff and workers are very bad condition,12hours duty of every staff and workers only senior staff duty hour 8 but we are daily struggle for reach on home due to daily bus delay we are working 16 hours but management no any action on these problem
