...e have you amy kind of emergency and work they always wants you at work at full day or night they gave salary after 2 or 3 months of 1 months

Dislikes

...ffects the employees even they want from employees continue day and night work .thry gave salary of employees 5to 6 months of month even they can't as ny holiday in a year even on independence day and republic day except holi and Diwali only for 1day

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
