Working style is very bad. They deduct the security money from employees salary after the joining for 3-6months which is not refundable. Working culture is too bad.

There are lots of policies but not in favour of employees. Working style is very very bad.

the hospital is very good .providing great care of patient.hospital provides all things that patient needs.i am happy to see that patient satisfy with their treatment.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high.management is not cooperatives.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
