There is nothing to like here. The Top Management is a close knitted family members and they don't listen to any suggestions of the employees. The company is in total loss many of the factory members have and staff have left their jobs. So this the current scenario.

Dislikes

There is no proper induction. The CEO gets angry for everything. No appreciation is given for the work done. The HR does not explain anything properly on benefits or anything at all.

Though being in sourcing, job performed are that of quality, order management, production planning, logistics, packaging, e-commerce and customer satisfaction. The position for which you were hired will not be in the scenario. Family run company, entire family makes all decisions.
