It's good to work if company provides proper job security, good work culture and proper management and staff policies.

Dislikes

It's not an organized company with proper management policies. Salaries r also not provided properly. We are the team ready to put maximum effort to grow the company to new heights. But sad no support and wont understand the situation in the company

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
