...re deducting money for those leave also which they are giving from their side. so extra pay or leave adjustmebt if your work on sunday or holidays. their reimbursement are very low Rs. 2.5 for two wheelers and four wgeller Rs. 6. normally four wheeler are not allowed by company. no job security in this company he will terminate your job within 3 months also. at the time of joining he will force you to sign an agreenent that you can ot work in similar company or start your own business within next two years. i would not suggest anybody to join this company.

...the work is done they simply forgets about their commitments. Saturdays working. Frequent traveling with no additional pay. No chance of learning new technologies as company works on desktop applications on old technologies.
