The company is smal scale iron & steel industry and adopts new & letest technology to increase of production quality maintenence if product and production machinary i am part of team of production wich look production quality & maintenence

Company is decent and medium growth .work pressure is very high .i have to work 12- 13 hours in a day management policies poor compression then large scale company there is no job training for fresher there i am learning with seniour and self experence

No work no selary.in lockdown ,3 Mont selary is no not credited

Dislikes

No respect of workers &12 hours working ,they told us 8 hours your working time and 4 hours is your OT,only 2 shift in 24 hours. No water cooler and water filters for workers and even no dining area .
