Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

If you are planning to stay in one company or retirement than its awsome for you as they are using their own language so you can't switch after a time, but bonus and company profit sharing is so great. All higher management is in US and really really awsome. Company will never bother about work if you want to do then do if don't then feel free to do your personal work. You just have to complete 8 hours in a day and choice is yours which 8 hours you gonna pick. As you are will be hourly paid you have to complete your hours to withdraw full salary otherwise there will be a salary cut.
