Company was great until transition then management became issue and micro manage doesn't have any project time lines its just like working freelance there is no support from management and we don't receive salaries on time there is always some issue with paychecks. There is growth and they give appraisals they don't give appreciation and always criticise employees even though they give best output. I Never recommend this company and parent company Omnitelltech to anyone.
