Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture- in spite of them claiming to be making workplaces better. Terrible salary and appraisal- they make false promises and never pay what they promised. Terrible investors and administration- the only thing they are interested in is getting you to do work for very little money. They refuse to pay and hence end up hiring extremely mediocre resources.

Everyone at Rainmaker is very appreciative of new ideas and is supportive. The company culture is actually commendable right from the top. Senior leadership has a habit of listening to everyone in the room. Would recommend it if you're a hustler and want to make an impact.
