For freshers company is working as training center they hire freshers on two years bond.

There is a lot of politics and the senior manager show different pictures to the management Team no proper salary hike, there is two years bond if you break the bond you need to pay training fees in reality no training are received. Hire and fire !!! No further for new employees 😜

The company is not growing or not in grow mode, it's like a proprietary type business Only there are few old employees like admin, accounts who are closed to GM, if anyone appose then he will terminate. Divide and rule method is use.

Dislikes

At the time of salary revision GM will make a drama, owner is not happy with your work, I had convency him, from your team some one had complaint about you still we are continuing you, will speak loudly and tried to pressurise you. There is lots of Office politics and parcility. Project or team leader have no rights if any one resign the last working day is fixed by GM, he will not even ask to team leader or reporting managers about KT and other. HR are playing role what GM tell them.
