...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is given to new joiners.

I like the homely atmosphere. I like the way they give respect to each staff. Benefits they provided.

Dislikes

If they increase the salary it will be more convenient for the employees to continue their work. Nothing else.

Salary comes time to time that's the only good thing about rainbow and job security is good.

Dislikes

No increment , no bonus and nothing. Executive will work like donkey and manager will take the credit. No matter how hardworking you are, how much you are dedicated to your department, every thing is temporary here, just a fresher can replace a experienced staff, that's it.

...g, no training at all. Wouldn't suggest anyone to work in this stu pid hospital. Only good thing is salary on time

Everything is bad, nothing good. Working here is mentally harassing. Double shifts but no extra compensation, manpower very less compared to other hospitals

The organisation has some really talented and skilled doctors and nurses.

Dislikes

...rom its employees efficiently. They have many cost cutting practices in place i.e hiring of interns and trainees with no pay with a lure of experience letter, and is seriously understaffed underpaid and overworked employees to the point of exhaustion with little to no compensation. These kind of practices are not suitable for any organisation but worst of all in a hospital.
