Nice place to work , teammates and other staff also very friendly nature. Office timings also very helpful for balancing personal life.

Salary and bonus are decent But Increment is less. and management not recognize the employee skills for giving promotion. That case they encourage & searching for new employee.

...ary and this regarding informed by HR but after that i talk to higher authority. she told me that the pay will credited to my account after that I talk to HR regarding this. but she told me that we don't have any information regarding this.And my pay is holding up to now.

Salary comes time to time that's the only good thing about rainbow and job security is good.

Dislikes

No increment , no bonus and nothing. Executive will work like donkey and manager will take the credit. No matter how hardworking you are, how much you are dedicated to your department, every thing is temporary here, just a fresher can replace a experienced staff, that's it.

...g, no training at all. Wouldn't suggest anyone to work in this stu pid hospital. Only good thing is salary on time

Everything is bad, nothing good. Working here is mentally harassing. Double shifts but no extra compensation, manpower very less compared to other hospitals

The organisation has some really talented and skilled doctors and nurses.

Dislikes

...rom its employees efficiently. They have many cost cutting practices in place i.e hiring of interns and trainees with no pay with a lure of experience letter, and is seriously understaffed underpaid and overworked employees to the point of exhaustion with little to no compensation. These kind of practices are not suitable for any organisation but worst of all in a hospital.
