The organisation has some really talented and skilled doctors and nurses.

Dislikes

...rom its employees efficiently. They have many cost cutting practices in place i.e hiring of interns and trainees with no pay with a lure of experience letter, and is seriously understaffed underpaid and overworked employees to the point of exhaustion with little to no compensation. These kind of practices are not suitable for any organisation but worst of all in a hospital.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is given to new joiners.

I have completed 2 years but the salary was same, that to in this pandamic time they are removing employees it's not at all correct , they are saying these are sabactical leaves 3 months we don't give any salaries how they said like that

The culture ,the working environment is very friendly...the flexibility there for working hours is good making work n personal life balanced...they strictly follow protocols which makes us easy to learn the procedures .Teammates r awesome ...on the whole had good experience..
