Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...to work. No respect for engineers Gm and Agm act like third class cheap person. Worst timings Salary is too late. Third class management. No Pm is qualified. Gm fit only for maestry role. Just because that useless person knows dhivehi, he is surviving. This company will definitely shut down if they have this gm and agm to handle.

Dislikes

Useless company. Gm and Agm total useless. No respect for engineers. Iam requesting, nobody join here. Site timings morning 7.30 to night 9.30
