Salary is not satisfactory, Project Management consultant under RVNL get very high salary as compare to Same skilled and experienced RVNL employees

i am working here from dec. 2017 as a site engineer . the most sever thing in rvnl is job security and package that they paid to site engineers , altough rvnl is a miniratna psu under ministry of railways which have very wide scope in upcomming time. its HR team is wrost . my suggestion if u have time than prepare for some other job , if u dont have time and need job than u can join with rvnl hand where u take experiance from here and try to switch to other company for better package and wok balance.
