...ment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is group system incentive. Target made by management according to manpower is achievable.

Dislikes

No Biometric system implemented. Command can be done better. More targeted achievable. Leaders are not doing work , their work are doing group member.

I m currently working here the environment is very good u can see a lot of machines like hydraulic press brake 800 Ton, Laser cutting folding machines etc. For a mechanical engineer it is best place to learn.
