New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. School management is horrible. Management is worried about only money. They have no rules and regulations for students. When its time to increment they will just talk about increment but they never will. They will never do increment of a hard working smart teacher instead of that they will hire a fresher for 10-15k. They don't care about quality of education.Principal is even worst. They have no idea how to run a educational institution.

Nothing is good about this school

Dislikes

Nothing is good in this school especially the management they will always intervene in teachers personal life . There is only politics in the school the only teacher especially seniors they do backbitching and on that a special meeting is conducted by the management so again it's your full fledge waste of time . Job security is not at all there if any chance they find your fault first they will humiliate and will ask you to leave.
