When its time to increment they will just talk about increment but they never will. They will never do increment of a hard working smart teacher instead of that they will hire a fresher for 10-15k. Nothing is good in this school especially the management they will always intervene in teachers personal life . There is only politics in the school the only teacher especially seniors they do backbitching and on that a special meeting is conducted by the management so again it's your full fledge waste of time . Job security is not at all there if any chance they find your fault first they will humiliate and will ask you to leave....Read More
