There is no proper job security in this university, complete Politics and castism, as and when they need they changes their company policy , they wont do proper salary settlment for resigned employees.

Dislikes

Salary is good, But growth is completely politics, Work pressure is too high, no proper work environment, no job security, the word of innovation is a nightmare here.

Dislikes

No all government holiday in rai university. Top management is change in interval of time period so, worst effect in working enviornment , Some time sallary delay (its 3 to 4 month delay), Top Management is from Delhi so, they dont like gujarati employee,

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
