Does not have respect towards any employees. Unnecessary work pressure created . Will bring your moral down with improper words which are really affecting your mental health. Boss is a very rude person. He will start shouting which is not a good behaviour. Even when you go to get your relieving letter, he will tell you to get out of office or he will call security. Boss treats employees as slave.
