Dislikes

Very low salary. Full office politics. Poor management, no one listens grievances. Upper management have no time of comming and going. Compel to over work on name of overtime

This is employee scamming company who doesn't provides salary slips to its employees and deduct their salaries each month without any reason and notification.In my center till now more than 11 employees have left this company within a shorter span of 8 months

It is a huge Fraud company,it doesn't provide salary slips , within 7 months more than 11 employees have left this fraud company due to their continuous salary deductions without any reason and notifications. Morevever you will not get ANY paid leaves and neither will get any National/religious/etc holidays except Sundays

When i join(Barghra district headquarters hospital,) h.r confirmed my salary is 55k,+accumudation, after joining accumudation mila lebour log jaha tha ,after that company pay 3k + own paying extra 2k and self arrange bed,(accumudation kya hota illiterate manager,usko pata nehi, just one room or nothing, that means -company accumudation dega ,ha ha ha : I was worked under Rahicare. After 48 days work.....#from care illiterate h.r pay only 26k something. I asked what happened? Reply-"" aap leave main raha, isliye absent day money deducted from your sallary . I can't any pay, becoz it's company rule. Totally unexpected, Although, after 35 days work and emergency leave for family members, again continue work, but totally unethical behaviour ,when i get sallary , silent drama start from HR, COO and CEO......not reply mail or sms... If i call CEO,, reply : sallary matter mera h. r ka hai,isme muje involved na kariye sir. Horrible experience...... After, no response... Terminate from Rahi care, ha !!ha ha!! But continue,,,,,,going on my registration..... And also ha! ha! ha !that govt hospital GM, (His no time to check,Dr: Is there or not?) One positive side:-that is you are fatty ,then u can join, sure your weight loss, because of food. If any dr continue 2 months, kindly contact me, i give awarded that Dr.

I have worked here in different centres in different districts for 6 years, so I have learnt from here how to work in PPP mode here, how to solve different problems of different patients after joining Rahi Care, every employee works for salary but I have got a chance to serve duties here.
