No job security. Most of the employees were asked to resign with 3 months salary or notice period. Company is not ready to infuse working capital for day to day business. No long term plans.

Company fosters a collaborative. The team is supportive and upper management is approachable.

One significant concern at company is the lack of job security. There were mass layoffs and restructuring.This made it challenging to plan for the future and impacted morale.Job seekers to be aware of the potential risks associated with Raheja QBE.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
