Honestly nothing to like. ( 2024 employee)

Dislikes

1. Poor Management . 2. Unnecessary employee harassment. 3. Delay / Holds the salary whenever they want to and without any reason 4. Threatening about termination in every single meeting. 5. No appraisal /promotions 6. The management focus on stupid things like getting pictures rather than doing actual work 7. NO FNF if you resign, HR doesn’t know how to communicate on Email.

Office Infrastructure: new office is good and well maintained. There is nothing else to be liked here.

Dislikes

No salary, it always delays and management doesn't care about it. You will see new faces every week and no-one stays more than 3 months. Nothing to learn. Not professional. No laptops of any facilities provided. No benefits are given. No work life balance. False promises are given to customers. Financial issues.
