Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology and suggestions from all. I also like employee re-hire policy here. Work culture is like they treat you like a family.

Dislikes

...mber of staff, career growth is really not an option one would easily think for. Work timings is also one of the concerned, because an employee must come on time but can't leave unless and until the work is completely finished.

We here work with a workforce of 10 staff and we work as a family rather than a team.Here everyone is very supportive and you get to learn new things each and everyday. Every employee supports each other irrespective of their field. work environment is excellent.

Dislikes

incentives and perks are excellent but salary is low. The work pressure is very high is certain projects. Need to go beyond time limits to complete assigned task before deadline.
