The Principal is highly supportive and knowledgeable

Dislikes

Management is the worst. Salary paid after 20 of every month. No planning. Unnecessary interference of management even though not from educational background. Teachers are treated as labourers. No work culture and ethics.

Likes

Best School in Barwani District and complete Nimar Region. Excellent working environment and best faculties from pan India which helps in career growth, I have learnt a lot things from here. Handsome Pay scale. Good, Tasty and variety of meals are served in the hostel mess.

only issue that salary is credited between 15th to 20th day every month.

Likes

Work culture is good, helping and supportive staff, handsome salary and perks, stress free working, nice campus, feels like home, students are very active and curious. Excellent place to work.

Dislikes

Though there are some improvement areas but there is nothing to dislike, This is all part and parcel of the job

Sincere teachers are always appreciated, pay scale is nice, free and healthy working atmosphere, Lovely campus, supportive staff, within the city, always ready to adopt new and innovative teaching methods and technology.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike except every month's salary after 15-20 days, Semi furnished accommodation and strict timings.

Likes

No support at all. Uneven distribution of job during covid. Only 20-30% teachers have been given online teaching classes and are being paid. Rest are simply left alone without any work and are obviously not been paid either. Condition of some teachers is really very bad.

Dislikes

They never pay salary on time. No appreciation. No respect for teachers. Partiality is practiced. Now and then teachers meeting but no proper execution. They throw money to shut the complaints from Teachers.
