There is no job security, Salary is very low. career growth is negligible, moreover no worklife balance, you will totally ruined. the MD of this organisation is too rude, he uses abusive language to the employee even to the female workers. his behavior is very bad, does not understand the workers problem, all he want is to get his work done under any circumstances. Moreover no medical services, once i noticed a worker in the backyard/service garage got injured with misbehaving machinery, so still he does not care about the person and no medical benefit was given to him. Worst Place to work in.
