Environment is nice as I have good friends thier but salary issue always and even the company still not submitted our pf , always have pressure of work as they always give warning of resignation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very bad company. At the time of covid 19 no. Of employee has been left of the company bcz Director and manager without any sufficient knowledge have to admit here. Totly fake company , no learning , no benifit, no other allowance.

All time tourchuring to newly and fresher employee by senior person.
