Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

Worst company ever worked with.Very good for beginners because they cannot pay more than a beginners salary.Their managers and TL steal money from employees incentives.Managers specially are good for nothing(Cant even speak fluent english😂😂😂)

10 hours of login everyday excluding meeting and break so 11 hours, salary is beginner’s level with very rigid incentive plans basically made by the TLs accordingly so they can make money out of our hardwork, no leaves for initial 3 months, even after that you will have to beg for leaves and depends on your TL if he thinks your request is genuine or not, no night shift allowance, leaves will be deducted from your kitty even if there is a technical issue or hardware or software issue, company does not care about you. Managememt is absolutely pathetic and don’t care a rat’s a** about you.

Manager was awesome. Work life balance. Colleagues are very helpful. Overall a good company.

No promotions happened in covid period and even 1 year adter as well. Salary didn't got increased in my two years of tenure.

It's great they pay us on time that's the only security we have.

No communication and coordination between the management, ( too many bosses no leaders). Issues with breaks. ( no breaks) Forced Overtime. Training could have been better ( not equipped with necessary tools to train and enhance quality). Issues when it comes to applying for leaves. No Job Security. Etc
