Need to find out under the microscope anything good about this unethical agency.

Dislikes

It's a horrible place to work. They cheat on all the employees - no PF, no ESI, etc , deduct salary as per their will. Expects all employees to work for 24*7 , without any holidays whatsoever. And if someone protests, then they terminate him. Even they cheat on their vendors for their payments on a regular basis. But till now nothing had been done to them because of their strong unethical political connections.

One of the greatest blunders of my career is to join in this third grade agency. The owners are only concerned about money and nothing else. Doesn't thinks about employees or vendors or anyone else. To earn money they can go to any extent.

I don't work there anymore. I do not like anything or anyone at Radium. They have a very bad market reputation experts in cheatings

Dislikes

First they talk very nicely to people showing the achievement albums and promise to give better opportunities growth and scope but once you are in and dependent that's where they play with everything a person can. No departmental identity or work manners,poor response within departments. They treat people like donkeys.
