Salary can be better. No appraisal since last 2 years. food and parking components getting deducted from salary . (It should be optional and the quality of service is not worth the deductions).

Commuting to Bangalore office is a nightmare due to heavy traffic and ongoing metro construction.

Always keeps check on the Technical work given so that the employee is not stuck with similar kind of work. Priority given to Individual Learnings and Personality growth.

No transport facility Freshers will have a lesser salary compared to the market. Sometimes work-life balance goes on the toss.
